Donovan Huehl grew up in a small farming community in North Central Kansas. As a young man, he was introduced to the great outdoors and it's abundant wildlife by his father. When Donovan was only 8 years of age, after proper training and patience, he shot his first bow. At the age of 14, accompanied by his father and a great friend of the family, he claimed his first kill of a big game animal at the Orca Elk Camp in Colorado. At camp, Donovan saw first hand the work and satisfaction of harvesting his own animal and seeing the enjoyment that others got from being involved in the professional operation of an outfitters camp. Since then, Donovan has claimed many prized big game animals with his bow and has guided many friends and clients on memorable hunts. Such clients have included Dan Young from Outdoor Traditions T.V. and Mike Friday from Reality Outdoors. You will find his years of experience and his attention to detail more than beneficial. Donovan belongs to the Kansas Bowhunters Association, Nebraska Bowhunters Association, and the North American Bear Foundation.
